The purpose of the Project Manager is to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within the organization. This role will manage resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring project objectives align with business goals. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Manage and lead the development and implementation of cross-functional projects to support growth and achieve company objectives.
•    Develop project plans in digital project management tool (e.g., Click Up).
•    Provide consistent, clear, and timely communication of initiative goals, tasks and progress/status to project teams, Project Management Office (PMO), and executives.
•    Utilize problem solving, project management, and change management best practices daily to resolve initiative issues, risks, and obstacles through appropriate use of project management tools and methods.
•    Ensure alignment of organization-wide processes, policies, programs, documentation, interactions, etc. with project objectives.
•    Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
•    Work with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory, Validations, Operations, Quality, Finance, Regulatory, L&D, Medical Affairs, HR, IT, and Training.
•    Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
•    Scope and prioritize activities based on quality management system and business impact.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. 
•    Coordination of the software development life cycle (SDLC) using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and FDA Quality Systems for all internally developed software applications and 3rd part applications as needed. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

•    Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management tools and project management systems (i.e., Click Up and Trello).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • Three plus (3+) years' experience in the blood-plasma, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry (or other relevant biomedical research organization) with experience in SDLC preferred.
  • One (1) to (2) years’ experience in strategic planning and execution with preferred experience in a regulated environment.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Project Manager.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
