What You’ll Do

A Field Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation of quality assurance processes as required and assigned to support or oversee in the capacity of a Center Quality Assurance Supervisor working with Corporate Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Center Operations Management and Corporate Quality Assurance to maintain product quality, product integrity in all processes, donor suitability, and safety of donated product. 
  • Ensure the Donor Center is audit-ready at all times. 
  • Assist Center Operations Management and Corporate Quality Assurance to maintain regulatory compliance of the Donor Center
  • Assist Center Operations Management and Center Quality Assurance to maintain internal audit perspective of the Donor Center. 
  • Perform non-conformance, corrective action and preventative action, and complaint documentation

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree
  • Three (3) years of experience in a cGMP environment with plasma or whole blood.
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Pay: $65,0000 - 80,000.00 per year
